Well, these names came from all sorts of places, and most of these names are super scientific. For instance, did you know that Tyrannosaurs rex means “king of the tyrant lizards”? And as for the silly name “Triceratops,” it means “three-horned face.” It still sounds silly, but it tells you a lot about the dinosaur itself!
